The thermal bath is the fruit of modern technologies applied to traditional concepts of saunas and thermal baths. The temperature is set at 42°C and as a consequence the maximum and minimum blood pressures do not suffer traumatic changes, thus allowing use of the thermal baths also by hypotensive persons. The degree of humidity is at about 65% , unlike the Turkish bath, does not form mists and persons suffering from rheumatic pathologies can use the thermal baths.

In order to exploit the benefits to the utmost, we propose, after a first cycle of about 15 minutes, a second cycle of the same duration consisting in a 5-minute sprinkling session with cold water, going in order from the feet, to the wrists up to the nape. This provokes a healthy vascular dilation with beneficial preventive effects for cardio-vascular pathologies.
